Donations made through Shaliach24 are made directly to the Chabad house you chose — not to Shaliach24. Donations are generally final and non-refundable.
If you believe a donation was made in error, or wish to request a refund, contact the house directly or email support@shliach24.com as soon as possible. Any refund is at the receiving house's discretion and, if granted, is returned to the original payment method.
You may cancel a recurring donation at any time using the link in your confirmation message, or by contacting the house. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund donations already made.
Subscription fees for using the Shaliach24 platform are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made.
If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at support@shliach24.com before disputing it with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly.
