By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Platform — or by making a donation through it — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Platform — the Shaliach24 SaaS: tools for Chabad houses to manage contacts, communications, events, tasks, and fundraising, as well as public pages through which donors can give.
House — a Chabad house / organization that registers and uses the Platform (the "tenant"). The Chief is the primary account administrator on behalf of the House.
User — any person the House authorizes to access its account.
Donor — a person who makes a donation through the House's public donation page.
Subscription — the House's paid plan to use the Platform.
The Platform is software. We provide tools; we are not a charity, fund, trustee, or financial institution.
Donations are transferred to the specific House, not to Shaliach24. When a donor makes a donation, the funds are processed directly to that House's clearing account (e.g., the House's Stripe account via Stripe Connect, or its Kesher / Cardcom / Grow account). Shaliach24 never holds, controls, or takes a commission from donor funds.
We are not responsible for how a House uses the funds it receives, for its status as a non-profit organization (Amuta) or proper management certification, or for issuing tax-deductible receipts. Tax receipts (e.g., Section 46A in Israel, or 501(c)(3) in the US) are the sole responsibility of the House, and not of Shaliach24. Shaliach24 makes no representation regarding the House's eligibility to issue recognized tax receipts, and the donor waives any claim against us in this regard.
You must provide accurate account details and keep them updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The House is responsible for its users' compliance with these Terms.
Accounts are intended for the legal and legitimate use of the House only.
Plans and pricing are described at [https://shliach24.com/pricing] (currently 199 NIS for Premium and 159 NIS for Pro; [introductory pricing if applicable]).
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, and auto-renew until canceled.
Payment Methods: Fees are charged to the credit card you provided, through our clearing providers (currently Cardcom). We do not store your full card number (see Privacy Policy).
Taxes / VAT: The Platform operator is registered as an Exempt Dealer (Osek Patur), therefore no VAT will be added to the subscription rates, and a tax invoice will not be issued (a lawful receipt will be issued).
Price Changes: We may change rates with at least 30 days' notice; the changes will apply from your next billing cycle.
Failed Payment / Delay: If a charge fails, we will try again and notify you. We may suspend or limit the account if fees are not paid after 30 days.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the subscriptions page; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.
A donation made through the Platform is a payment to the House, processed by the House's clearing provider. By making a donation, you approve the charge.
Recurring donations (standing orders / installments) will continue according to the schedule you selected until canceled. You can cancel a recurring donation via the link provided during registration / in the donation confirmation, or by contacting the House.
Donations are generally non-refundable. A refund, if any, is at the discretion of the House and executed by it through its clearing provider.
The credit details you enter are handled by PCI-compliant clearing providers (such as Stripe / Kesher / Cardcom); Shaliach24 does not receive or store your card number.
The House is the owner of its information (contacts, donor records, messages, events, and uploaded content). We process this data for the House to provide the Platform. Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, the House acts as the "Database Owner" and Shaliach24 acts solely as the "Holder" (Processor).
The House is responsible for having a legal basis to upload contact details and to contact them. The House is responsible for registering the database legally (if required) and ensuring that the information was collected with full consent. You shall not use the Platform to send illegal messages or spam. You are required to include a clear "Unsubscribe" mechanism in any marketing message, in accordance with the provisions of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law ("Spam Law").
Digital Accessibility (WCAG 2.2): The House is solely responsible for ensuring that all content it uploads, edits, or displays on landing pages, donation pages, or any other public part of the Platform, complies with accessibility standards and regulations under Israeli law (Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations), including full compliance with the WCAG 2.2 standard.
You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating and supporting the Platform.
You shall not use the Platform for illegal, deceptive, or offensive purposes; you shall not upload malware; you shall not attempt to breach security or access other tenants' data; you shall not perform scraping or overload the service; and you shall not send messages that violate communication/spam laws applicable to you or the recipient's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
The Platform relies on third parties (clearing, hosting, email, messaging, and AI providers — detailed in the Privacy Policy). Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
The Platform, its software, design, and trademarks are owned by Eran Natanzon / Tailor Tech or their licensors. We grant the House a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Platform during the subscription period. You receive no rights except those expressly stated.
The Platform is provided "As Is" and "As Available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement) and do not guarantee that the service will be continuous, error-free, or secure against every threat. We are not responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your users enter.
To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Shaliach24 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total and cumulative liability arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amounts you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event that led to the claim. This limitation shall apply except in cases of malice or gross negligence on our part, in which liability will be determined according to the applicable law.
You shall indemnify and compensate Shaliach24 for any claim arising from your content, your use of the Platform, a breach of these terms, or a violation of any law or third-party right, including but not limited to, claims for violation of the Spam Law, privacy protection laws, claims for non-compliance with accessibility regulations, or blocks due to violating the terms of providers such as WhatsApp and email providers.
We may suspend or terminate access due to a breach of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the Platform or others. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Upon cancellation, your license terminates; we will allow the export of your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it, subject to legal retention requirements (see Privacy Policy).
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified (e.g., by email or within the application) at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use thereafter constitutes consent.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa / Central District shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws dictate otherwise.
